John Beal, Inc. was named as one of the top 50 roofing contractors in the United States by National Roofing Contractor's Magazine.  The FIRST St. Louis company on the list.

John Beal Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing and exterior construction improvement services in the Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois area. In addition to the roofing repair and replacement services, John Beal provides services in repair and replacement of gutters, siding and windows and provide tuckpointing and masonry services and general exterior construction remodeling. In a time when many construction companies are struggling to stay in business, John Beal Roofing has found more customers turning to them because of their commitment to providing quality services and to meet their customer's needs.

Since 2008, John Beal opened offices in Kansas City, Missouri and Carbondale, Illinois under the name John Beal Construction, Inc. When asked why he expanded when other roofing companies were closing and laying off workers, John Beal said, "I think that people believe we really want to make people happy and they see us do things to try to back that up. This announcement comes at time that John Beal Roofing is ready to announce the hiring of its new Commercial Division Manager, Mr. Mark Holmes. Mr. Holmes has been responsible for estimating and managing over $750 million in commercial projects with many major corporations. "We spent months looking all over the country for someone who not only had the technical skills to estimate and manage commercial projects, but it was important to us that he share our belief in quality work and commitment to quality service for our customers," said Gregg Buffington, General Manager of John Beal Roofing.
