have been in business since 1947. We feel that our focus on customer satisfaction contributes greatly to the fact that we often receive additional work from previous or current customers.
We strive to maintain a high degree of customer satifaction. To ensure this goal, we ask each customer to answer both a Certification of Completion and a Customer Survey rating aspects of the project. These are used to insure and improve the quality of our services.

"In spite of a long wait for our insurance company to finally authorize the repairs to our home, the following people did an outstanding job:
(our Estimator) - made numerous trips to our home to get our wishes translated into action and help us select materials and finishes that provide a coordinated appearance. The house looks brand new.
The roofing crew - worked very hard. Their workmanship was "first class - not a leak anywhere"
Gracie - her crew did an outstanding job on the siding, soffit and facia. Their attention to detail was meticulous, and the results are obvious. They took great pride in their work.
The gutter and downspout crew did careful work.
We took advantage of the situation to replace our old (16 years) aluminum thermal windows with new vinyl ones. The upper sash was not workable which made cleaning difficult or nearly impossible. The aluminum frosted in the winter and dripped onto the walls. Some of the sash were fogging up.
Scott Adams provided excellent service incudling installation of a new storm door on the front--a last minute addition.
The insulated siding recommended is certainly worth the additional cost. The siding and windows make a remarkable difference in comfort level. Also, we are seeing a sizable reduction in our gas bills.
Dan Pulley kept the "show-on-the-road" and was a valuable liaison with us.
